All services require an appointment. Only Shenandoah County residents can receive services at the medical clinic.
County residents or patients with Medicaid can receive services at Shenandoah Dental Clinic. New patients are required to provide proof of the family income and county residency (except for those with Medicaid).
Patients with Medicaid, including FAMIS and Anthem Healthkeepers, can receive dental
dental services are not available to those with dental insurance.
