Offers primary health care needs of all ages, genders, ethnicity, abilities and sexual orientations in English and Spanish, regardless of their ability to pay.

Monday: 8 am to 8 pm
Tuesday: 8 am to 8 pm
Wednesday: 8 am to 8 pm (*12:15 pm - 6 pm, quarterly on the 3rd Wednesday of the month)
Thursday: 8 am to 8 pm
Friday: 8 am to 5 pm (*10:30-5pm - every 3rd Friday)
Saturday: 8 am to 1 pm every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month (SC Women's Health Center only)
Sunday: Closed
SCCHC offers extended hours appointments on site until 8pm most weekdays and on Saturdays at the SC Women's Health Center.
