About Neighborhood Health Clinic, Inc Women's Health Services


The Clinic is a 501(C)3 organization.

The Clinic is open for patients:


Mondays and Thursdays from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm and alternate Saturdays from 8:00 am to 11:00 am.


The Clinic also has administrative hours all weekdays except Wednesdays.

Patients are asked to contribute $30 for the first visit and $20 for each subsequent visit.

Please make your contribution a priority in your budget.

Prospective patients are per-screened by clinic administrative volunteers.

If the guidelines for eligibility are met the next phase required the prospective patient to bring identification and consecutive pay stubs for the last 30 day period or their most recent tax form (if filed) to the Neighborhood Health Clinic.

An in-take counselor then assesses the financial information.


  • Patients must be:19 to 64 years of age.

  • A Collier County resident for the past 30 days

  • Employed and provide 30 days documentation of work for a minimum of 20 hours a week.


A patient's total family income must be at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Income Level.

Patients cannot have access to health insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, Social Security, Disability Insurance, worker's Compensation or Unemployment Benefits.
