Located on the campus of St. David's Round Rock Medical Center, LSCC OB/GYN was Lone Star Circle of Care's first dedicated OB/GYN clinic. The clinic was opened with the support of St. David's Round Rock Medical Center in late 2006, and in early 2009 the clinic underwent an expansion that doubled its space. The expansion was also sponsored by St. David's Round Rock Medical Center.
