Women's Health- Early Detection Works
This state-funded program allows women who qualify to receive free well woman exams. Any treatment required after the initial screening is also covered by EDW.
Qualifications:
Between the ages of 40 and 64
No health insurance
Must meet income guidelines
Heartland treats everyone regardless of income, and we offer two affordable sliding fee scales to patients who fit certain federal income guidelines. Patients who fit these guidelines are eligible for the sliding fee scale once they provide proof of income.
