Family Medical Care accepts patients of all race, gender, age, and income levels, those with or without insurance, and those residing within or outside of the Ohio Valley.
Self-pay patients are billed for appointments and services based on our Discount Scale, which is derived from the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
Family Medical Care offers patients a sliding fee discount program that includes discounted services regardless of any patient's ability to pay.
The program is based upon Federal guidelines and takes into account all persons living in the household and household income.

Family Medical Care and Family Care Pharmacy accept most insurance plans.
Accept cash, check or credit card for payment, and offer payment plans for patients that cannot afford to pay their full medical bill upfront.
